At Krysva, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return due to the nature of food products.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at hello@krysva.com with your order number and reason for return/replacement.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened food products, items purchased on sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
