What is freeze drying?
Freeze drying removes moisture from food at very low temperatures, preserving its natural colour, flavour, and nutrients without any additives or preservatives. The result is a light, crispy product that retains up to 97% of its original nutrition.
What is vacuum frying?
Vacuum frying removes moisture under low pressure and temperature, retaining the natural taste, colour, and nutritional value of vegetables without any chemicals or preservatives.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All Krysva products are made from 100% natural produce with zero additives, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. They are also Non GMO, Gluten Free, and contain No Added Sugar.
How long do your products last?
Our freeze dried and vacuum fried products have a long shelf life — typically 12–24 months when stored in a cool, dry place in a sealed container away from sunlight.
How do I use your products?
Our products can be enjoyed straight from the pack as a healthy snack, or rehydrated with water for use in cooking, soups, smoothies, baking, cereals, yoghurt, and more.

What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. Visit our Return & Replacement Policy page for full details.
